Home Staging

Staging is a two part process.

FIRST is a staging assessment where we go over every area of your home inside and out to make suggestions on how to best ready your home for listing on the market. We have a page by page form that will allow you to follow along and see what needs to be repaired, repainted, repurposed, replaced, etc. After our assessment you will know EXACTLY what to do to GET IT SOLD!

SECOND is the actual staging process. This is the day chosen for the staging of the home after the cosmetic changes, from the assessment, have been made. This step readies the property for “picture perfect” photos and listing on the market.

The purpose of this process is to achieve the most space and flow possible in your home. Everyone who walks through your house MUST be able to visualize themselves making this THEIR home. We can achieve this for you with staging.
