Can I save money by redesigning over interior decorating?

Yes! Since we use what you already have there are no costly or regrettable purchases.

How long is the process of a redesign?

Experience shows 3-4 hours for a typical sized family or living room. We work efficiently while at the same time being careful and respectful of your possessions.

Why do I need an initial consultation?

This is a very important step. This is when we evaluate the room(s) being redesigned based on size, focal points, traffic flow, homeowner’s needs and expectations.

Why is it important to stage a home before a sale?

Real Estate markets show that staged homes “show” the best, and appeal to more potential buyers, resulting in a quicker sale and in some cases a higher asking price.

Do you stage vacant homes?

At this time I do not do vacant home stagings. I work with the homeowners existing furnishings.

What is your payment policy, and what forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash or checks only, please.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a $50 cancellation fee is you cancel the project less than 24 hours before our appointment.
